Canadian Employment Reaches Highest Level in 40 Years
The percentage of people working in Canada reached its highest rate since 1976, according to a Statistics Canada report published on December 7, 2018. Canada’s statistics agency also reported that 94,100 Canadian jobs were created in November 2018. This included 89,900 full-time jobs in Canada and 4,200 part-time positions. Consequently, the unemployment rate in Canada went down to only 5.6 percent, which is the lowest in more than 40 years. To read more, click here!
